Louise (Proctor) Chipman, of Farmington, New Mexico, was born on February 26, 1947 in Schenectady, New York, to the late Rosslyn Vernon Proctor and the late Bertha Brasher Proctor and was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She passed away at age 71 on October 30, 2018 in San Diego, California after a short battle with cancer while serving a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Louise, the beloved wife of Kenneth Ray Chipman, met while attending LDS Business College and were married on September 9, 1970 in the Salt Lake City temple. She and Ken moved their family to Farmington, New Mexico in 1980. Together, she and Ken owned Chipman's Accounting and had recently retired. Louise is survived by their children, Raymond Chipman (Teri), Brad Chipman, Jenny Jolley (David) and Randy Chipman (Keri); brother, Richard Proctor (Jeannette); sisters, Darlene Rhodes (Mike), and Dot Mahoney (Stuart); and 14 grandchildren: Andrew, Trent, Ryan, Tyler, Sydney, Mykel, Kara, Jenna, Ethan, Kyle, Zoilo, Bryn, Matthew, and Aurelia. Friends and family members may attend a viewing on Sunday, November 4th from 5-7 p.m. at Brewer, Lee & Larkin, 103 E. Ute, Farmington, New Mexico. A second viewing will take place on Monday, November 5th from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the LDS Stake Center, 4400 College Blvd., Farmington, New Mexico. The funeral service will follow from 10-11 a.m. at the LDS Stake Center. Graveside services will take place Tuesday, November 6th at 11 a.m. at the American Fork Cemetery, 26 W. 600 N., American Fork, Utah. Louise's care is entrusted to Nelson Family Mortuary, 4780 N.
