Mrs. Hayward loved gardening and planting flowers. She has been a member of the Greenthumb Garden Club taking several vacation trips with them over the years. These women and men treated her more like family and have helped raise her spirits through difficult times. She loved being on the computer and sending email to family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Guy and Lillie Waters Pinckard; brother James Pinckard; sister Elaine Wooten. Surviving her is her loving husband of 45 years Billy; sons and daughters-in-law: Terry and Terri Hayward, Scott and Linda Hayward; sisters: Cassie Deaton, Clara Cloud; grandchildren: Corey and Ashley Hayward, Thea and Logan McDonald, Jessica Orneleas, Jennifer Leyba, Kyle and Meaghan Wendt; great grandchildren: Kaleb Gibson, Dominica and Ezequiel Orneleas, Lauren and Vashti Leyba, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Marty and Diane Watson, and Anne Houk for their compassion and care.
"She faced every day with courage and laughter and was an inspiration to all."
