Lorine A. Hespen, 97 of La Vista, formerly of Syracuse, passed away on April 3, 2021 in La Vista. She was born on June 3, 1923 in Paul to Theodore & Agnes (Kuhlman) Lechner. Lorine married William B. Wirth on April 6, 1948 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Paul.
After William passed away in 1977, she married Gilbert L. Hespen. Gilbert passed away in 2004. Lorine enjoyed gardening, sewing, embroidering and cooking for her family. She also loved being a grandma and spoiling her grandchildren.
She is survived by her Children: Mary (Walter) Grantski, Carol (Bob) Gruber, Barb (Paul) Espinosa, Nancy Simmons, Bill (Carol) Wirth, Gloria (Lou) Mason, Darlene Wirth; 14 Grandchildren; 21 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren; Son-in-law: Stan Hall and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husbands, Daughters: Donna Wirth & Patricia Hall, Grandson: Joseph Simmons and numerous Brothers & Sisters.
