There is a conflict in dates. The death certificate gives that she was born 18 Sept 1858 and died 3 Feb 1936. This birth date is more consistent with all the census records and the birth the first child in 1877. I'm going with the death certificate as being best and assume the tombstone was put up later after her son Mason died.
Her middle name is given on the DC (Marie?). Her father was John Cox and her mother was Eliza LaFever. Her name may have been Artemessa.
