Mrs. Marguerite Hamrick, 78, of No. 3 Forest Ridge Drive, died at 11:25 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 1, 1968, at the Everett Dirksen Nursing Home.
She was a retired school and piano teacher.
Born in Springfield the daughter of Louis and Caroline Hahn, she was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church and Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband, Chester E.; one son, Robert Hamrick, of Springfield; one daughter, Mrs. Caroline Miller, of Louisville, Ky.; and six grandchildren.
Services were at Bisch Memorial Home.
Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
