Our beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, Annie Geniel Bradford Vega, 82, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 1997 at Heritage Park Care Center in Roy, Utah.
She was born May 31, 1914 in Pleasant Green, Utah, a daughter of Robert Boyles and Fannie Keziah Williams Bradford. She married Thomas David Williams, February 2, 1933 in Magna, Utah. They later divorced. He passed away April 16, 1972. She married Miguel Angel Vega October 13, 1945 in Magna, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, December 3, 1963. He passed away January 15, 1969.
She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She was an active member of the LDS Church and she also worked at the Ogden LDS Temple. She loved quilting, reading, yard work and especially her family and friends.
Surviving are two sons, Clair Bradford Williams, Bell, Calif.; Don Carlos Vega, Layton, Utah; one daughter, Mary Ann Dean, Leeds, Utah; aslo one sister, Theora Goldstein, Downey, Calif.; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two-great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, three brothers and four sisters.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 3, 1997 at the Lindquist Layton Mortuary, 1074 No. Fairfield Rd. Family and friends may call Sunday, 6-8 p.m. and Monday 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, West Jordan Cemetery, 7800 So. 1300 West.
