J.B. Hall, age 87, of Coahoma, died Wednesday, October 31, 2018, in a Midland nursing home.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday, November 2, 2018 at the Coahoma Cemetery with John Snider and Eddy Pitchford officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.

He was born August 26, 1931 in Center, Colorado to Ray and Aline Hall.

J. B. married Martha Ann Denton April 10, 1955 in Coahoma, Texas.

J.B. served in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Edwards Air Force Base during the Korean War.

He was active in the Coahoma Band Boosters, was past president of the Coahoma Little League, and he was previously active with the Sand Springs Volunteer Fire Department.

J. B. worked as an independent oil field consultant.

He rarely missed any of his children’s activities and was often seen on the sidelines cheering for his grandchildren.

J. B. was a member of the Coahoma Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife. Martha Ann Hall of Coahoma; one son, Charles Hall and wife, Linda of Midland; two grandchildren, Heather Redner and husband, Chris, and Jamie Hall of Midland; and three great-grandchildren, Kason Hall, Brinlee Redner and Hudson Redner.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Johnny “Jay” Hall; one daughter, Julie Hall; and a brother, Winston Hall.

The family suggest memorials to the Coahoma Church of Christ, P. O. Box 120, Coahoma, Texas 79511.
