"Jerry O", 52, Olive Branch, MS, passed away at his home Sunday, May 6, 2007. Born to William Lester Oxner and Sara Ella (Brown) on April 1, 1955 in Holly Grove, AR. Jerry was a Pharmacist at Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis. Jerry enjoyed playing golf and crappie fishing. He is survived by his wife, Lee Ann Oxner and step-son Thomas C. Halstead, Jr; brothers, Donald (Gail) Oxner, Rickey Oxner both of Olive Branch, MS, Troy (Norma) Oxner of Hot Springs, AR, and Glenn (Martha) Oxner of West Helena, AR.; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Visitation was held from 5-9 p.m. Monday May 7th at Brantley Funeral Home, Olive Branch. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 8th at Brantley Funeral Home with interment following at blocker Cemetery. Pall Bearers: Gary Graves, Mike Dearman, Ron Whitlock, Jimmy Fields, Randy Payton, Sonny Guyer, Donny Oxner, Chris Oxner, Jeremy Rice and Danny Eythison. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society .
