Jack Duane Taylor, 91 of Paragould passed from the cares of this life to be with Jesus on Tuesday October 23, 2018 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. He was born on March 18, 1927 in Greene County to the late James Arthur and Dona “Eubanks” Taylor. Jack was a farmer, and attended Village Creek Church of Christ.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife Velma; one brother: James Taylor and a sister: Fondell Fletcher.
He is survived by his children: Susan Corley and husband Lonnie, Scott Taylor and wife Deborah; grandchildren: Daniel Corley, Kristen Strouss, Matthew Taylor and Emma Taylor; great grandchildren: David, Lauren and Holly Strouss, Melia and Eden Corley; along with a host of other special relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday November 1, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Paragould. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Minister Sean Sullivan and Joe Corley officiating. Jack will be laid to rest at Linwood Cemetery.
