Lee lived his life as a devoted father and husband. He married Autumn Carter in 1997, and was the father to three beautiful girls, the center of his world: Cheyenne, Shaylee, and Darian. When Lee wasn't teaching his girls how to play softball, shoot, fish, or hunt; Lee was an avid bowler, hunter and outdoorsman himself and a fierce and loyal Raiders and BYU fan. His loud and boisterous personality and laugh will not be forgotten, and be greatly missed.
Lee is survived by his wife Autumn, daughters: Cheyenne, Shaylee, and Darian; his mother Aubrey Clay, Stepfather Maurice Cano, brothers: Justin, Trevor, and Preston Clay; his grandmother Shirley Moore and mother-in-law Marjorie Carter; along with numerous other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Thomas C. Clay, Grandparents Thomas H. and Phyllis Clay, and father-in-law Verdean Carter.
Friends and families are invited to celebrate the life of Lee Clay at a viewing service held Friday, October 26th 6:00-9:00 pm at Valley View Memorial located at 4335 West 4100 South in West Valley City. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 27th at 12:00 pm at The Point Church located at 5133 S. Heath Ave. in Kearns, with a luncheon following the gravesite proceedings.
