David P. Friedrich, 52, of Enfield, entered into eternal life on Wednesday (April 20, 2005) at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. He was born on April 13, 1953 in Hartford the son of the late William R. and Jean (Octigan) Friedrich he had resided in Enfield most of his life. David served his country honorably with the US Army. He was employed with Fortunato Construction Group, Kensington, for 10 years. David was an avid NY Yankees fan. He is survived by his beloved wife, Brenda L. (Miller) Friedrich; his loving family, a daughter, Michelle Friedrich of Manchester a son, Adam Friedrich of Springfield, MA, a son, Kevin Friedrich of Enfield, and a daughter, Sara Huffman and her husband, Ryan of Enfield; two step children, Nicole Mercier of Windsor and Ashley Cunningham of Enfield; and a grandson, Craig Huffman. David also is survived by a brother, William Friedrich and his wife, Laura of Glastonbury; a sister, Donna Hall and her husband, Richard of E. Granby, a sister, Joyce Malone of Coventry and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral Services in celebration of David's life will be held on Monday April 25, at 9 a.m. from BROWNE MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPELS, Enfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, Enfield. Interment with Military Honors will take place in St. Patrick's King St. Cemetery, Enfield. David's family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday April 24, from 4-8 p.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels.
