The death of Mrs. Susan P. Sehon, wife of James C. Sehon, deceased, died at the home of her son, John Sehon Saturday afternoon, Dec. 28, 1901, of diseases incident to her advanced age, which was 87 years. Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon and interment was made inn the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

The children surviving are Mrs. Joseph Johnson, Mrs. J.W. Flanigan, Mrs. Ellen Fortney, Misses Nannie and Emma Sehon, William and John Sehon. The deceased was an early settler of Clarksburg and had a host of friends among the older generation. She had long been a consistent member of the M.E. Daughter Fannie Ellen married J.B. Drummond on Dec. 18, 1866 in Harrison County, WV, he was a son of Willis & Malinda Drummond.

Daughter Susan H. born about 1850 married George Marcellus Wickes on June 8, 1872 in Harrison County, WV, he was a son of Orrin & Ann Wickes.

Son John L. Sehon born about 1859 married Belle H. Reid on June 30, 1904 in Harrison County, WV, she was a daughter of Joseph Reid.

Daughter Julia A. born about 1847 married John W. Flanigan on Swp. 28, 1875 in Harrison County, WV, he was a son of Albert & Catharine Flanigan.

Daughter Florence born about 1848 married John L. Mcfarland on Oct 7, 1872, in Harrison County, WV, he was a son of Robert H. & Mary A. Mcfarland.

Son William H. born about 1838 married Selina M. Prim on April 10, 1860 in Harrison County, WV, she was a daughter of Thomas & Ann Prim.
