Dean was born in Brady, Texas on December 3rd, 1943, to Eitel M and Euna P Hahn.
Dean married, Wanda Thomas on December 10th, 2002 in Brady, Texas. They lived in McCulloch County for 10 years.
Dean was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Brady. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He had worked for Lockheed Martin many years designing weapon system for the F-16 fighter jet and he travel around the world selling the fighter jet. He enjoyed wood working with his father.
Dean is survived by brothers Eitel H Hahn and wife Joyce of Tyler, Edlin A Hahn and wife Deane of College Station, one sister Nancy Hawkins of Llano, step-daughter Tamra Hudson and husband Dan of Cypress, step-son Scott Garner of Brady and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dean is preceded in death by his parents, Eitel M and Euna P Hahn, wife Wanda Hahn and brother, David Alexander.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Dean El Prentis Hahn's name to Alzheimer's Association.
