PUKEKAWA. A pretty wedding was solemnized last week, the contracting parties being Mr. J. Liddle, of Onewhero, and Miss Mabel Clarke, daughter of Mr. John Clarke, of Pukekawa. After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served to about 50 guests, at the residence of the bride's father. In the evening, at the invitation of Mr. Clarke, about 100 guests assemble in the hall, which was decorated for the occasion, and dancing, intermingled with musical items, was proceeded with until an early hour in the morning.
