Greta Lou Rupert

COLUMBIANA — Greta Lou Rupert, 80, of 245 South Elm St., died at 7:48 a.m. Tuesday at her residence.

She was born Nov. 15, 1926 in East Palestine, daughter of Paul M. and Eunice Adele Firth Hawkins and had lived in New Waterford for most of her life.

Mrs. Rupert was a member of the New Waterford United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Willis Ralph Rupert, whom she married Oct. 3, 1964; a daughter, Adele DeGenova of Canfield; three sons, Jack Cobb of Martinsville, Ind., Stephen Rupert of New Waterford and David P. Rupert of East Palestine; a brother, Winn H. Hawkins of Poland; six grandchildren and a great grandson.

Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the New Waterford Cemetery.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
