SUSIE ANN HONE MATLEY
Mrs. Susie Ann Hone Matley, 58, wife of Franklin L. Matley of 214 West First North street, died at her home Thursday at 8:30 a.m. of a heart ailment. (photo)
Mrs. Matley was born in Benjamin, August 6, 1880, a daughter of Joshua and Susan Ann Losser Hone, and had been a resident of Salt Lake City for 15 years.
Surviving besides her husband are three daughters, Mrs. V. S. Gafford of Los Angeles, Miss Laverne Matley and Mrs. Louis D. Duffin of Salt Lake City; two sons, Gerald and Raymond H. Matley of Salt Lake City; seven grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. Nellie Nielsen of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Rena Chambers of Spanish Fork, Mrs. Myrtle Smith and Mrs. Mabel Clark of Provo, and a brother, Charles Hone of California.
