Bobby “Scott” Middleton, of Moore, Oklahoma, passed away October 9, 2018, at the age of 61. He was born October 10, 1956, in Waco, Texas.

Scott attended Timber Creek Fellowship. He attended Moore High School. Scott enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and working on small engines. He enjoyed barbequing. Scott worked in the oilfield most of his working career as a forklift operator, and his main responsibility was to tear down and put up oil rigs. He enjoyed listening to the golden oldies, going to the movies and taking his wife, Phyllis for ice cream. Scott also enjoyed taking Phyllis on motorcycle rides. He was always the center of attention. Phyllis said that Bobby could have been a stand-up comedian. Scott was a kind and loving person and a hard worker.He worked hard because he enjoyed what he did. Scott enjoyed watching “Maury Povich.” He was a style-setter and he enjoyed dressing up. His nickname was “Bounty Hunter.” His first love was spending time with his wife, Phyllis and spending time with his family.

Scott is survived by his wife, Phyllis, of the home in Moore; 3 sons, Bobby Middleton II & wife, Sonia, Nicholas Middleton, and John Lyles; 2 daughters, Shauna Murray & husband, Kenneth, and Natasha Latimer & husband, Kyle; 7 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Brenda Cooke & husband, Dean, and Bettye Lundeen & husband, Scott.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy & Bobbye Middleton; and brother, Billy Middleton.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 12, 2018, in the chapel of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home, located at 120 South Broadway, in Moore, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel.
