Thomas Richard Denholm of Spokane, Washington passed away at Sacred Heart Providence on September 21, 2018. He was born on August 2, 1937 in Helena, Montana as the first child of James A. and Lois V. Denholm was born on August 2, 1937

After graduating from North Central High School in Spokane, he joined the United States Marine Corps, where he served from 1954 through 1965. Returning to Spokane, he married Helen Jeanne Hemple and brought two children into the world.

After divorcing Helen, he married Kathleen McNutt of Spokane in 1991 and helped raise her three children, Cade, Denisha and Leala. They resided for many years in Spokane and Spokane Valley, where she passed peacefully in 2017.

Thomas is survived by his children Thom Denholm and Susan Denholm, along with grandchildren Daniel, Kiana, and Sailor Denholm.

A graveside ceremony will be held at 11:15 A.M. on Friday, October 12 at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery, located in Medical Lake.
