MRS. MINNIE MARTINEZ DIED IN DENVER-HER FUNERAL FRIDAY A.M.
Funeral arrangements have been announced for the late Mrs. Minnie Martinez, 42 years old, of 801 East Third Street, this city, who passed away at a Denver hospital Tuesday. Body was received last evening by the Trinidad Mortuary. Funeral is announced for Friday morning at 8:30 from the chapel and 9 o'clock at Holy Trinity Church, with interment in the Catholic Cemetery. Rosary at the chapel this evening at 8 o'clock.
Deceased was a life long resident of this community, having been born in Trinidad in 1901. She was the wife of Nick Martinez, who survives with four daughters and two sons. Daugthers are Jennie, Elizabeth, Minnie Belle and Dorothy May and sons are James and Charles. Six brothers are Jake, Dave and John Trujillo of Trinidad, Charles Trujillo with the Army at Fort Sill, Okla, Manuel who is with American forces in Italy, and Henry Trujillo in service in Alaska. Four sisters are Mrs. Alex Olguin of Model, Mrs. Ed Martinez and Mrs. Mike Silva of Trinidad and Mrs. Felix Watson fo Hoehne.
