He worked as a conductor on Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad for 36 years, and was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, Lodge 1054, Scranton.

He had 2 daughters - Ann Minthorne of Falls Church, Va, and Elsie Constantinou of NYC (she died 1981), and a son Jack of Ontario, Canada, also a sister Marie Demmert of Bloomfield, NJ (she died in 1967). Also 7 grandchildren.

Oddly enough the name is spelt Lamerson in the Easton Express - 1956.
