ROSEMARY D. FEATHER, 75, of River Plaza, MIDDLETOWN, died at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Long Branch, she was a lifelong resident of Rumson before moving to Shady Oaks in River Plaza five years ago. She retired in 1998 after many years as the office administrator for the Forrestdale School, Rumson. She was a graduate of Rumson High School. Surviving are three sons, John G. Feather, Jeff Lyons, and Arthur "Archie" Feather.
