Eunice J. Bergstrom, 76, of Natrona Heights, Harrison Township, died Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at home, following a prolonged illness of 15 months. She was born Sept. 3, 1931, in Harrison Township, a daughter of the late John E. and Luella E. George Anthony and had lived in the local area all of her life. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, crafts, gardening, cooking, baking and traveling, especially cruises. Her biggest joy was being with family. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert Bergstrom; a son, Robert C. Bergstrom (Judy), of Sarver; two daughters, Jody Lukac (William), of Harrison Township, and Bonnie Winning (Ronald), of Sarver; two grandsons, Drew Lukac, of Harrison Township, and Lee Bergstrom (Amanda), of Kittanning; and five granddaughters, Chelsey Lukac, of Harrison Township, Lindsay Bergstrom, of Herndon, Va., Katie Winning, of Sarver, Tracey Winning, of Sarver, and Becky Winning, of Sarver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bernard Anthony and Blair Anthony. The family has requested no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday in United Presbyterian Church of Freeport, 411 High St., Freeport, PA 16229 with the Rev. William Mumaw, her pastor, officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of KRYNICKI FUNERAL HOME INC., 1007 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights.
