Saint Cloud Daily Times, Tues. July 15, 1969, p. 6:4. John J. Bierschbach, 63, 134 18 Ave. N., died Monday. He was born July 16, 1905 in Lake George Township MN and married Aurelia Braun, June 30, 1943 at Forest Lake. He farmed in the Belgrade and Paynesville area most of his life and was employed by the Veterans Administration Hospital.

Mr. Bierschbach is survived by his widow; children, Eugene, Ronald and Mrs. Paul (Carol) Thelen; three grandchildren; stepmother, Mrs. Anna Bierschbach, Elrosa MN; and brothers and sister, Mathew, Sauk Centre MN; Sylvester, Belgrade MN; Raymond, Long Prairie MN; Norbert and Mrs. John (Sally) Ricci, St. Paul.

Friends may call after 1 p.m. Wednesday at Daniel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John Cantius Church with burial in Assumption Cemetery. St. John Cantius parish prayers will be said at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
