Funeral services for the Rev. Miles T. Cullum were held today at Mount Tabor Lutheran Church, conducted by the Rev. Charles W. Easley and Bishop Herman W. Cauble. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were the Rev. J. A. Keisler, the Rev. Shelton Moose, the Rev. Paul Moose, the Rev. C. P. Fisher, Rep. Jarvis Klapman and Virgil Kester. The Rev. Mr. Cullum, 75, of 207 N. Eden Drive, Cayce, died Saturday in the Baptist Medical Center. Born in Ward, the Rev. Mr. Cullum was the son of the late James F. and Josie Black Cullum. At the times of his death, the Rev. Mr. Cullum was assistant pastor of Mount Tabor Lutheran Church in West Columbia. He was former pastor of Cedar Grove Lutheran Church and Mount Hebron-Union Parish at Leesville, Bethlehem Lutheran Church and St. Matthews Lutheran Church at Pomaria and Trinity Lutheran Church at Fairfax. He was a graduate of Newberry College and the Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary and served on the executive board of the South Carolina Synod. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Margaret Clayon Cullum; three sons, Miles T. Cullum Jr. of West Columbia, Charles F. Cullum of Richmond, Va.; and Timothy C. Cullum of Charleston; two daughters, Mrs. Jane C. Hartwig and Mrs. Elizabeth C. Shealy of Cayce; 11 grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Mila Tebeau of Savannah.
