The family was living with Dorothy's widowed father William Green (b. Jan. 5, 1888 Barrow Infurness, Eng.). William came to this country Aug. 2, 1914. He married Zena McCullough on Jan. 11, 1916 in Washington Co., PA. George also had another sister Dee Herman. This information was according to one of his daughters.

George married Geraldine Lee Stockdale and together they had 5 children. Their children were Jennifer, James Edward, Julie, Jocelyn, and Jessica. He enlisted in the United States Air Force on May 27, 1960 and eventually became a Sgt. He was released Oct. 10, 1975.
He died suddenly of a heart attack. After the death of George, Geraldine married David Elmore Ray (b. Jan. 21, 1945) on July 1, 1983 in Orange Co., FL. She later divorced him.
