The widow of Fred Douglas DeBerry Sr.
Adelia E. Horne DeBerry, 98, of Holiday, Fla., formerly of Troy, died April 30, 2012 at the residence of her daughter.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. May 12, at Covington Missionary Baptist Church, Troy, of which she was a member.
Burial will follow in the Bruton Cemetery.
Ms. DeBerry was a Montgomery County native, a deaconess, missionary and former past worthy matron of the Christine Chapter #135 Order of the Eastern Stars, and a retired C.N.A.
Survivors include daughter Geraldine DeBerry Lawrence, of Holiday, Fla.; son Gary DeBerry of Jamaica, N.Y.; three grandsons, eight great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
