A Native of Denmark∼Bridgeport (CA) Chronicle-Union, 5/2/1896:
Deceased. – Mrs. Anna Christina Fouke, wife of R. R. Fouke, and sister of Mrs. R. A Leale, of Bodie, died in that place on Monday. She left to a father's loving care, three young children, one an infant. Her death cast a sadness over the town, where she had lived many years and was highly esteemed. The bereaved husband has the sympathy of friends throughout the county in his great loss.
