Mrs. Patsy Kay Fowler Richardson, age 61, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at McLeod Loris Hospital. Born on January, 18, 1957 in Loris, SC, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Melvin Fowler and the late Helen Florence Grainger Fowler. Mrs. Richardson graduated from Green Sea High School in 1976, and worked with Ocean Creek Resort for twenty-five years. Most recently she worked at Walmart and was a longtime member of Dogwood Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Richardson of the home; daughter, Tara Richardson Powell and husband, Michael Powell, Jr. of Orlando, FL; three grandchildren, Eyota Powell, Ariana Powell, and Zella Powell, all of Orlando, FL, and two sisters, Brenda Sanders of Loris, SC, and Dorothy Jenerette of Pireway, NC.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Richardson was predeceased by one brother, Clyde Olin Fowler.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Dogwood Hill Baptist Church, with committal services following at Twin City Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
