FAIRBURY - Helen A. Huston, 78, a lifelong resident of Cropsey and Fairbury, died at 10 a.m. Sunday (Aug. 7, 1994) at Fairbury Hospital.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury, the Rev. Ray Hudson officiating. Burial will be in Cropsey Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the memorial home.
She was born Oct. 20, 1915, at Anchor, a daughter of Rollie and Della Cowley Taylor. She married Clifford E. Huston Feb. 14, 1938, at Anchor. He survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Diane McMinn, Fairbury; two brothers, Evart Taylor, Chenoa, and Dean Taylor, Bloomington; a sister, Bernadine Becker, Normal; and a grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a brother, a sister and a son.
Mrs. Huston was a graduate of Anchor High School. She was a member of the Cropsey United Methodist Church, the Fairview Friendship Club of Fairbury and the Cheerful Givers of Fairbury.
She worked in the hardware department at Walton's Department Store, Fairbury, for 20 years.
