Floyd Haltom, 64, died October 31 in Danville. He was born February 26, 1935 to Eugene and Grace (Stwalley) Haltom. He was married to Anna (Lisman) Haltom. She survives. He was employed by Broady-Campbell Construction until retiring in 1997. He was a brick mason for 42 years. He was a member of American Legion Post 118. Survivors include two daughters, Leanna Alverson, and Janice Persinger; one son, Steven Haltom; four brothers, Raymond Haltom of Maryland, Bud and Leon Haltom, both of Indianapolis, and Dale Haltom of Danville; three grandchildren; and a step-grandchild. Services were held November 3 at Baker Funeral Home, Danville. Burial was at Danville South Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
