Mr. Larry Garland Holdaay, 68, of Fleetwood, NC. died Thursday afternoon, September 13, 2018 at Glenbridge Health and Rehab. Center.

Mr. Holdaway, born in Ashe County, NC; was the son of the late William Kenneth Holdaway and Belle Campbel Holdaway.

He was the owner and operator of Larry's Garage.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Lemly Holdaway of the home; twop daughters, Tabithia Watson and husband Andrew of deep Gap; and Wendy Springs and husband Mike of AL; two sons, Jason Holdaway and wife Heather of West Jefferson; and Justin Holdaway of Fleetwood; two step daughters, Tanya Huffman of Wilkesboro; and Dawn Renee Huffman of Lenoir; two sisters, Brenda Dumlevy of Pine Hurst; and Shirley Howard and husband Wally of West Jefferson; two brothers, Lanny Holdaway of Wilmington; and Kenny Holdaway of Mount Airy; 7 grandchildren; five step grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
