Born March 30. 1890, in Carroll County, he was the son of John and Sarah Taylor Conklin. A retired carpenter, he was
married Dec. 25. 1911, in Logansport, to Myrtle D. Prophet, who survives.
Also surviving is a brother, Schuyler, 925 Garfield Ave.: a sister, Mrs. Ada Everson, 20 Seybold St., and several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at McCloskey-Hamilton-Kahle Funeral Home, the Rev; Raymond Skelton officiating.
Burial will be in Davis Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Monday.
