Hubert "Joe" Brooks, age 70 of Del Rio, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018.
He was a member of Mannings Chapel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Nell Brooks; brothers, Buck Brooks and Connie Lee Brooks; and sister, Nancy Ruth Brooks.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Ann Brooks of Sevierville; sons, Larry (Evelyn) Brooks of Tybee Island, GA and Bobbie (Reena) Brooks of Sevierville; daughters, Mitzi Brooks of Sevierville and Hope Brooks of Rutledge; brothers, Lonnie (Mary) Brooks of Del Rio and Donny (Dottie) Brooks of Sevierville; sisters, Betty Ann (Earl) Mathis of Newport, Reva Dean (Jerry) Click of Morristown, Charlotte Ann (Johnny) Styles of Del Rio, and Diane Stalvy of Del Rio; thirteen grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am, Friday, September 14, 2018 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Strange officiating. Burial will follow in the Brooks Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm, Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Manes Funeral Home.
