Beloved wife of the late Joseph L. Novak, M.D. Loving mother of Melanie M. Novak, M.D. and Joseph K. Novak. Proud grandmother of Marissa J. Novak. Kind aunt of a niece and many nephews.

Preceded in death by parents: Blaise and Kunegunda Wozniak; siblings: Edward Wozniak and Lorraine (Edward) Obrakta.

She will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City, IL.
