Last evening at the home of her mother, Mrs. Frederick Bierbaum, 723 Taylor street, occurred the death of Miss Emma Bierbaum, aged 23 years, of a complication of diseases, resulting from an attack of pneumonia. She was a member of the Young People's Society of St. John's Reformed church and she was universally popular among her associates. She leaves beside her mother, two brothers and two sisters, Fred, William, Anna and Frieda Bierbaum.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 1:20 o'clock at the residence and at 2 o'clock at St. John's Reformed church.

Emma may have died of Tuberculosis similar to her sister Anna who died two years later in 1906.
