Ollie E. Carroll, 95, of Munfordville, Ky., died Saturday, June 9, 2001 at her home. The Edmonson County native was a homemaker and member of Union Light Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Bedford Wilson and Pernie Meredith Wilson and wife of the late Everett Carroll. Survivors include four daughters, Melba Pauline Tabb of Munfordville, Willie Mae Graas of Elizabethtown, Jo Ann Adair of Louisville and Ruth Nell Hodges of Munfordville; four sons, James William Carroll of Cape Coral, Fla., Herbert Owen Carroll of Linwood; Charles Edward Carroll of Elizabethtown and Winford Leon Carroll of Upton; 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister, Alene Russ of Louisville. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, David Vincent Carroll and Paul Glenn Carroll; and two grandsons, Gregory Norris Carroll and William Lee Graas. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hawkins-Brooks Funeral Home with burial in the Munfordville Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
