Clara H. Aguilar, 76, died Thursday, July 7, 2011, in Abilene, TX.

Visitation Wednesday, July 13, 9 a.m., until time of prayers, 10:45 a.m., at Malec Funeral Home, 6000 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Juliana Church, at 11:30 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery.

Clara was born in Chicago, IL, on January 16, 1935, to Ludwig and Josephine Boshold Kohlndorfer. Preceding her in death were her parents; one sister; one brother; her first husband Lawrence Heitlage; two sons Steven Heitlage, and Lawrence W. Heitlage.

Survivors include her husband Tomas M. Aguilar, of Abilene; two sons James Heitlage and wife Carol, and Raymond Heitlage and wife Gail; two daughters Margaret Blough and husband Glenn, and Laura Kawula and husband John; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces, and nephews.

Clara was a friend to many.
