Mrs. Josie Flitton Pendleton, 29, wife of William Oral Pendleton of Lofgren, Utah, died Wednesday of heart trouble complicated by the shock of the death of her daughter, Kathryn Josie Pendleton, who died in a local hospital Monday.
Mrs. Pendleton was born October 19, 1904 at Shelton, Idaho, a daughter of Joseph and Kathryn Flitton.
Surviving are her husband, two sons, Richard and Dean Pendleton of Lofgren; a brother, Joseph E. Flitton of Salt Lake City, and three sisters, Mrs. Gladys F. Hall of Rigby, Idaho; Miss Myra Flitton of Salt Lake City, and Miss Marion Flitton of Milo, Idaho.
Joint funeral services for Mrs. Pendleton and her daughter will be conducted Friday at 3 p.m. at the Deseret Mortuary. Burial will take place in the City Cemetery.
