St. Matthews - Mrs. Cleo Rickenbaker Hair, 87, widow of David H. Hair, died Thursday in an Orangeburg hospital. Born in St. George, she was a daughter of the late Henry Z. and Nora Weatherford Rickenbaker. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Otis Hoffman of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and Mrs. Marion Sikes; a son, H. E. Hair Jr., of St. Matthews; two sisters, Mrs. Alma Spigner of Eastover and Mrs. Elizabeth Gilliam of Columbia, and two grandchildren. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Gethsemane Baptist Church.
