Paula was a a Six Sigma advocate and pioneer. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts, a Master's Degree in Education Research, and did additional Ph.D.-level coursework in Curriculum and Development at Arizona State University. She received her Black Belt designation from General Electric with an emphasis on transactional processes. She served as the Director of Consulting Operations for The Acceleration Group and was Director of Initialization and Deployment Planning for BMG, Incorporated, in addition to serving as an Engagement Leader, Executive and Champion Trainer, and Director of BMG's Affiliate Program. She joined Air Academy as a consultant and Vice President for Strategy, Planning and Partnerships in 2006. Paula is survived by her mother, Loretta Feldman; her brothers David (Elane) Feldman, and Cary Feldman; sisters Abby (Steve) Wilson, and Marlene (Howard) Marks; 14 nieces and nephews; her husband, Tim, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and associates. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard M. Feldman on June 26, 2000 and by her son, Ryan who died in his mother's arms the same day as she did.
