Miss Zelpha Cole Dies At Home of Her Brother

Miss Silpha Cole, aged 80, died at two yesterday morning at the home of her brother, N. Roach Cole, of Gainesville, Rt 1., following an illness of several weeks dut to old age infirmities. She was a native of Tennessee, but has been a resident of Greene County practically all her life. She had been a member of the Epsaby Baptist Church for 66 years it was stated.
Funeral services and burial were conducted at four yesterday afternoon at the Epsaby Cemetery. The Rev. J.D.J. Faulkner, Baptis minister, officiated. Surviving are one sister Mrs. James Lewis, Jonesboro, two brothers Hamp Cole and Roach Cole of Gainesville, Rt. 1, and thirteen nieces and 18 nephews.
