After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Jean P. Abair passed bravely surrounded with love and knowing her heavenly Father awaited her with arms widespread. Jean was born August 13, 1926, a daughter of the late Victor and Helen Pallman Park. A longtime resident of Endwell, N.Y., prior to moving to Clifton Park, N.Y., and finally retiring to Pine Island, Fla. She was the widow of Joseph H. Abair. Jean was an artist and worked with oils, water color and stills. She also was a licensed Realtor. She was a
boater, a golfer at Alden Pines, and a friend to all. Jean was a member of the Pine Island United Methodist Church and the New York State Realtors Assn. She was also preceded in death by a son, James J. Abair; a daughter, Judith A. MacDonald; and a brother and sister-in-law, William and Louise Park. She is survived by her son, Jonathan (Barbara) Abair; sisters, Jessie P. Browne, Bonnie Parke and Carol Joy Parke; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
