John B. Stansbury, 78, of 1183 Hancock St., Chester, died Tuesday at his home.
Born in Washington DC , he was a former resident of Eddystone and worked at the Ford Motor Company for 35 years as a pipe fitter.
He was a member of St. Michael's Church in Chester.
Surviving are three sons, James S. of Alaska, Howard F. Stansbury of Wildwood NJ and William R. Stansbury of California; a daughter Mrs. Ruth Jobe of Wilmington DE, a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Kistner of California, 19 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 am Monday in St. Michael's Church 711 Avenue of the States, Chester.
Burial will be at St. Michael's Cemetery.
