Mrs. Simpson worked for 25 years as a salesperson for Sears -Roebuck & Co. in the Women's Department.
She was a member of City of Hope, Deborah Sisterhood of Etz Chaim Sephardic Congregation, and Hooverwood Guild and a former member of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck and its Sisterhood.
She was the widow of Abe Simpson.
Survivors include a son, Louis Simpson; a daughter: Adelle Torres; sisters Frieda Black Passon and Mary Abrams; a brother. Jack Alboher, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services were Friday, Jan. 15, at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Meridian Hills Mortuary. Burial was in Beth-El Zedeck North Cemetery.
