Sue Chambers, 81, of Sullivan passed away Friday, June 30, 2017 at her home with family by her side.
She was born in Dugger, IN April 16, 1936 the daughter of Homer (Buck) Reynolds and Ruby Kirkpatrick Reynolds
Sue was a member of the Shiloh Church of Christ in Sullivan, the Sullivan Elks Women’s Golf League, and the Sullivan Co. Shrine Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Julie Ann Chambers, and a sister and brother in-law Christina and Butch Ball.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years , Jack Norman Chambers whom she married on May 31, 1958, four sons, Mark Chambers of Millsboro, Delaware, Todd Chambers (Judy) of Greenwood, IN, Tony Chambers (Susan) of Gillette, Wyoming, and Terry Chambers (Sandy) of Morgantown, IN, two sisters, Joan Litteken (Marvin) of Marissa, IL, Kathy Wolfe (Bobby) of Dugger, IN, seven grandchildren, Ashley, Jordan, Mariah, Drew, Riley, Arieanna, Brooklyn, two great grandchildren, Ryan and Bridger.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00PM Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, IN. Visitation will be from 5:00PM until services Saturday. There will be a private burial at a later date.
