Nancy Dowdell, 71, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 26, 2012. She was born Sept. 6, 1940, in Tulsa, OK to Florabelle & Frank L. Masoner, Sr.
On April 18, 1969, she married the love of her life, Roy Dowdell, and together shared more than 42 years of marriage and raising a family. She dedicated her life to providing a warm and loving home for her family and was the best medical office manager Roy said he ever had.
In her spare time, Nancy enjoyed looking for antiques, taking care of her cats, and collecting rabbit decor. A loving wife, devoted mother, loyal sister and faithful friend, Nancy will be deeply missed.
Preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves cherished memories with her loving husband, Dr. Roy Dowdell of the home; son, Jack D. Honn; brother, Frank L. Masoner, Jr. & wife, Becky; and numerous other loving family and friends.
Services: Monday, Jan. 30, 2012, at the South Lakes Chapel.
