Emilio S. Cordova, age 93, beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018. He was a lifelong resident of Cuba, NM.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Julian and Julianita Cordova; his wife Pablita G. Cordova; son, Samuel Cordova; two grandsons, Ernest E. Cordova and David Allen Hoehne Jr.; three son-in-laws, David Casaus, Lloyd Valdez, David Hoehne; three sisters; and three brothers.
Emilio is survived by his loving children, Ernest, Orlando, David, Fabian, Pat, Angela, Sally, Howard, Theresa, and Paula A.; 28 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; two brothers; and other numerous relatives and friends. Emilio will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those whose lives he touched.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Family Plot followed by a graveside service at 10:00 a.m. on the Family Ranch.
Casket Bearers will be Frank Cordova, Felipe Cordova, Jimmy Casaus, Nathan Vasquez, Aaron Hoehne, and Gary Montoya. Honorary Bearers will be Victor Valdez, Natasha Cordova, Christopher Cordova, and Le Andrew Cordova.
