Mrs. Ouida Roberds Daniell, 97 of Thomasville, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018 at Glenn-Mor Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at Whiddon Shiver Funeral Home at 2:00pm, Tuesday August 7, 2018, with the Reverend Donnie Daniell officiating. The family will receive friends at Whiddon-Shiver on Tuesday from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. Burial to follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Daniell was born August 17, 1920 in Carroll County, Alabama to the late Seaborn Emory Roberds & Nancy Ellen Cantrell Roberds. She married Joseph Lamar Daniell on December 24th, 1940 in Thomas County who preceded her in death on October 17, 1994. Survivors include daughters, Patricia Wilson (Emory) of Coolidge, Barbara Aldridge (Alex) of Thomasville, , Toni Garland (Jimmy) of Cairo, Diane Hunter (Dixon) of Live Oak, FL and a son Joseph Daniell (Kris) of Thomasville. Grandchildren, Jessie, Michael & Steve Wilson, Lora Smith, Kim Davis, Amy Robinson, Lisa Garcia, Chris Daniell, Megan Daniell, Rebecca Parker and Timothy Hunter. She had 22 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. A brother Rufus Roberds (Rebecca) of Thomasville, brother-in-law Lee Daniell and a sister-in-law Lorraine Daniell both of Waycross.
