Raymond Richard Fuller, 72, of 2131 Pueblo Drive, Billings, Mont., 59102, step father of Mike Mincoff, Rural Rt. and Mrs. Ben (Darie Lou) Jas, 616 South Custer, Miles City, Mont., 59301, died Tuesday morning, April 8 at the Miles City Veterans Administration Medical Center after a long illness.
He was born in Groton December 22, 1913 to William and Jane Rossback Fuller. He attended Groton school and graduated from Groton High School in 1933.
Mr. Fuller worked for the Milwaukee Railroad, retiring in the mid-1960's. After the death of his sister Eunice in November of 1969 he moved to Billings, Mont.
On June 26, 1971 he married Katie Mincoff of Miles City in First United Methodist Church of Miles City.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of the American Legion, and the Elk's and Eagle's Lodges.
In addition to his stepson and stepdaughter in Miles City, Mrs. Fuller is survived by his wife of Billings; two other stepdaughters, Lee McPeak of Del Mar, Calif.; and Mrs. Norman (Marie)
Ross of Fair Oaks, Calif.; and a nephew, Robert Fuller of Aberdeen, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Dwight (Ruby) Fuller of Groton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, six sisters, two brothers and one brother in infancy.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 11, 1986, at 2 p.m., at First United Methodist Church Miles City with the Rev. Dan Hamilton officiating.
Music was provided by Joyce Vera, soloist and organist. Selections included were, "The Lord's Prayer," "In The Garden," and "On Eagles Wings."
Pallbearers were Fred Fowlkes and Bill Laurence of Billings, and Daniel Jas, Jim Laughlin, Laramie Astir and John Dalakow of Miles City.
Interment was in the family lot of the Custer County Cemetery, Miles City. Following the graveside services a luncheon was served at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
