Willie Florence Irle, 98, of Ottine, died Sunday December 24, 2000. She was born June 21, 1902, in Gonzales, to the late Fennell and Althea Miles New. She was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Survivors: daughter, Betty Peterson of Gonzales; son, Dennis Irle of Victoria; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: husband, Dennis Clyde Irle; Daughter, Vedra Slaughter; and son, Fred Irle.

Services will be at 10 am Friday at O'Banon Funeral Home, Luling, 830-875-5713
